“Let’s play a lightning-round game,” she said. “I’m going to be a bad guy — which I’m sure half the room would agree with — and I want to get away with as many bad things as possible, ideally to enrich myself and advance my interests, even that means putting my interests ahead of the American people.”

In January 2019, Rep. AOC raised money for transgender youth by appearing on Donkey Kong 64 live stream hosted by harry Brewis. He commenced a live stream on Twitch to raise money for Mermaids, a charity organization supporting transgender people. Alexandria appeared on the live stream to discuss trans rights and collected more than $200,000 for Mermaids.
